Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Crackle, the voice agent platform run by Goblin Studios (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in and API keys private. Tell us straight away if you think a key has leaked; you can rotate it yourself in the Studio.
What you may build
You may build and run voice agents for your own product or business. Everything you build must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the instructions you give your agents, the tools you connect, and for telling your callers what the law requires, including that they are speaking with an AI and whether the call is transcribed.
Credit, plans and billing
Calls are paid for from prepaid credit, charged per minute at the rate shown for your agent. Plans renew monthly and add credit to your balance. A call ends when your credit runs out. Credit is not redeemable for cash.
Your content
Your prompts, tools, transcripts and call data remain yours. You give us permission to process them to run the service. We do not sell them.
Availability
We work to keep Crackle running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Voices and models come from other providers and can change or be withdrawn.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Crackle at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Liability
Crackle is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.
